People in Wainfleet can get an early start on Christmas shopping while supporting small local businesses this weekend.
The third annual Christmas Vendor Market starts this Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
It will feature vendors offering a wide selection of items including crafts, jewelry, home-made food and much more.
The market is part of an initiative designed to encourage people to shop locally and support small businesses.
It's also a chance to benefit the less fortunate in the community. All vendor fees, as well as food and toy donations brought in by shoppers, will benefit the Wainfleet Volunteer Firefighters Association Annual Christmas Basket Drive.
The market will take place at the pavilion behind the Wainfleet Arena just off Dayboll Lane.
Attendance will be limited, and you are encouraged to follow COVID-19 safety protocols.
