Highway 58 re-opens to southbound traffic following construction.
The City of Port Colborne has announced the re-opening of Highway 58 to southbound traffic.
In June, construction began on the bridge over the Canadian Pacific Railway on Highway 58.
Temporary traffic lights installed at the intersection of Netherby and Highway 140 will be removed.
