We only 60 active cases of COVID-19 in the Niagara Region.
This is a significant decrease compared to Friday, when Public Health reported 81 active cases of the virus.
We saw no new cases yesterday, for a second day in a row.
A total of 722 people have been infected with the virus since the pandemic began.
Public Health says 601 people have recovered and 61 others have died.
Niagara Health has issued 17,154 COVID tests to date, and 464 of them have been positive.
