For our friends on the other side of the river, Congressman Brian Higgins has won New York's 26th Congressional District.
Congressman Chris Jacobs has also declared victory in New York's 27th Congressional District, but his opponent Democrat Nate McMurray refuses to concede.
The 26th District includes Buffalo, Niagara Falls and other parts of Erie County and Niagara County.
The 27th District also includes parts of Erie County and Niagara County and it also stretches into Central New York.
