We have three new school related cases of COVID-19 and they're all within the Niagara Catholic District School Board.
One is at St. James Catholic Elementary and another is at St. Alfred Catholic Elementary, but there is no risk of transmission in the St. Alfred case.
The third case of the virus affects St. Theresa Catholic Elementary and St. Charles Catholic Elementary.
Niagara Catholic says all of the infected individuals are now self-isolating and Public Health will be reaching out to their close contacts.
All of the principals have sent letters to their staff and students to notify them of the situation.
