Police say he was going 123 kilometres per hour in a 60 zone.
The NRP pulled over a motorcycle in Pelham Friday night, in the Sixteen Road and Centre Street area.
A 33-year-old man has been charged with speeding and stunt driving.
His license has been suspended for seven days and the motorcycle has been impounded for a week.
