A man has been arrested after an incident at the Outlet Collection in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Security guards tried to arrest a man on Tuesday, but he pulled out a knife and stole a car from the parking lot to get away.
The man stole credit cards from other vehicles and used them to buy things at the mall.
The 28-year-old man was later found by police near London, still in the stolen vehicle.
He faces a total of 13 charges between Niagara Regional Police and the OPP including robbery, assault with a weapon and resisting arrest.
