4:11AM Friday morning, the owners of Regional Variety & Gas Bar were woken by the sound of smashed glass.
They confronted masked men trying to steal cigarettes and it turned physical. At least one shot was fired as the suspects fled.
The bullet grazed the back of the owner's head, who was rushed to hospital.
