A man and woman have been sent to hospital after thwarting a robbery attempt in St. Catharines.
Police say it happened this morning when they were called just after 4, to a business on St. Paul Street West, near Seventh Street Louth.
They found the man with non life threatening injuries, the woman had minor injuries.
Police say a number of thugs broke in, but were confronted by the man and woman, and that led to a fight, before the suspects took off.
