A special flag raising ceremony will also be taking place in Civic Square at 8:45 a.m.
Members of the public will be able to check out the free skate with Hometown Hank at the Main Arena tonight from 6:00 p.m. to 6:50 p.m.
Hometown Hank will also drop the puck, when the Welland Tigers face the West Niagara Flying Aces tonight at 7:00 p.m.
