Charges have been laid following a fatal hit-and-run in Niagara Falls.
Police say a woman was hit by a black car in the Lundy’s Lane and Beaverdams Road area Saturday night.
They say the driver took off before officers arrived and the woman later died in hospital.
The NRP arrested a 23-year-old man the next day.
He’s has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
