Two Brock University researchers have received about $1 million in funding from the federal government.
The first study, which is being conducted by Assistant Professor of Health Sciences Antony Chum and his team, will examine the impacts of cannabis policy.
The other study being funded will take a look at children living with Developmental Co-ordination Disorder, which is a neurological condition that occurs in about five to six percent of kids.
That study is being headed by Assistant Professor of Child and Youth Services Matthew Kwan.
The studies are being funded by Canadian Institute of Health Research Project Grant Program.
The program provides support to groups or individuals conducting health-related research.
