Can't attend rescheduled concert because of border closure
Canadian fans not happy after hitting some roadblocks trying to get refunded for next month's Billy Joel concert in Buffalo.
The concert at Highmark Stadium was rescheduled from 2020 to August 14th of this year.
But Washington is keeping its land borders closed to Canadians until at least August 21st.
Problem is ticket holders were offered refunds last year when it was first postponed, but some Canadian fans decided to keep their tickets never thinking the border would be closed this long.
Ticketmaster is refusing to refund the tickets this time around.
The ticket agency has also ignored media requests for interviews on why Canadian ticket holders aren't being offered a refund again given the situation at the border.
