A man was taken to hospital, after rescuers pulled him out of the Niagara River.
New York State Police got the call at around 11:45 a.m yesterday.
Reports say he was in the water for several hours, clinging to a log.
Two rescuers tried to help him, but he broke free and floated down the river.
Major Clyde Doty with State Park Police was able to save him afterwards, not too far from Goat Island.
