Festivities will pay tribute to the province of Quebec.
The 13 for 13 Festival is taking place in Welland tomorrow.
Festivities will take place from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at the Merritt Park Amphitheatre.
The event will celebrate the culture of Quebec, with performances by francophone and Indigenous artists.
The 13 for 13 festival is taking place every day during the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games.
