NRP seized more than $20-thousand in suspected drugs
Two people are facing a slew of drug related charges following an investigation into the distribution of illegal drugs in Niagara Falls.
Niagara Regional Police executed search warrants inside a hotel room on Fallsview Boulevard, a home on Drummond Road near Monroe Street and on an SUV being operated by one of the suspects.
NRP recovered large quantities of suspected fentanyl, cocaine and cannabis.
They also seized one smoke grenade and a cannister of pepper spray.
In total police confiscated more than $20-thousand worth of drugs and more than $42-thousand dollars in cash.
28 year old Jessica Ferreira-Parsons of Niagara Falls, and 29 year old Marcus Roye of no fixed address are facing possession and trafficking charges.
Both are in custody awaiting bail hearings today.
