Another hotel will be going up in Niagara Falls, at the corner of Fallsview Boulevard and Murray Street.
It will actually be two hotels interconnected; a 16-storey Hyatt Regency and a 14-storey Hyatt Centric.
Together they will add 1,095 hotel rooms and create more than 1,500 new jobs.
Construction should cost over $200-million.
