A St. Catharines grandfather has won $100,000 off a Big Spin ticket.
George Bingley decided to buy a whole batch of the scratch tickets at the Avondale on Facer Street.
He's retired and he's not sure how he wants to spend his winnings yet.
Bingley is 66-years-old and he has eight grandchildren.
