The DSBN says that a second person at Prince Philip French Immersion School has tested positive for COVID-19.
The person in question, who is not being identified for privacy reasons, was last at the school on Tuesday, November 17th.
The individual has been self-isolating since the first case at the school was identified.
Students and staff members who had close contact with the person are being advised to self-isolate at home and monitor themselves.
The DSBN says that the school has been following safety protocols such as wearing PPE, maintaining hand hygiene, and social distancing since the beginning of the school year.
