Three Niagara residents facing charges
The people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Niagara Falls.
Around 6:56 p.m. on June 21st, police stopped a black 2015 Lexus IS near Lundy's Lane and Kalar Road.
Authorities say the vehicle was occupied by a known prohibited driver.
As police approached, the driver tried to climb into the rear seat.
A search of the car turned up 128.9 grams of suspected cocaine about about $8,000 cash.
The suspected cocaine has an estimated street value of $12,890.
Facing charges are 29 year old Jordan Timothy Downey of Niagara Falls, 29 year old Quintin Joseph Thomas of Niagara Falls, and 25 year old Matthew Darren Dudley Goodman of St. Catharines.
The trio will appear in court later today.
