They say it happened at unoccupied business in St. Catharines
Niagara Regional police are hunting for a red SUV after an overnight shooting in St. Catharines.
They say they were called to a barbershop on James Street just before 8 this morning, after hearing from a city employee that a front window was broken.
Police found the window had been shot several times, but fortunately there was no one inside and no injuries.
They determined the shooting happened at around 4:30 this morning, and are looking for a suspect vehicle.
It is a newer model red SUV, possibly a Lexus, with 4 doors.
Video footage of the area has lead police to believe the SUV was last seen in the Westchester and St. Paul Street on St. Catharines.
Police add they're asking for more help from the public, and any further video of the area would help.
