Frank Adamson lost to Marvin Junkin by 15 votes on Monday night, he's made a request
Pelham's mayoral runner up is not letting a 15 vote loss on Monday night stop him from trying to become mayor.
Frank Adamson has made a formal request that council consider at next Wednesday's meeting a recount.
Town clerk Holly Willford explains what could happen if council votes against the request. "The candidate would have the ability to still make application to the court and ask that a recount be determined."
He lost to incumbent Marvin Junkin.
She explains this is done partly through her. "Submitted formal coorespondance to council asking that council direct the town clerk, that's myself, to facilitate a recount for the mayoral race."
He also has 30 days to do the process.
