According to new reports, Ontario may unveil a vaccination passport system for entry to restaurants, gyms, theatres and other non-essential venues as early as Wednesday.

According to new reports the Ontario government will unveil a COVID-19 vaccination passport on Wednesday.

The new system will be used for entry into restaurants, gyms, theatres and other non-essential venues.

Pressure has mounted on Doug Ford's government in recent weeks to institute some sort of vaccine passport as the province navigates a fourth wave of the pandemic driven by the delta variant.
