The caption reads “Don’t want police to run your plate? Why not obstruct it with a McDonald’s flyer?”
Police adding the driver of the vehicle was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime, obstructing a plate and multiple other highway traffic act offences.
By the way the vehicle was towed.
