Jordan Station's Pearl Morissette takes 4th place
Vancouver's Published on Main has been named the best restaurant in the country.
This is the seventh edition of the top 100 list, which is chosen by 100 industry insiders and published by food writer Jacob Richler.
A Niagara Region restaurant cracked the top five this year with The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette in Jordan Station coming in at number 4.
Alo in Toronto was second, St. Lawrence in Vancouver took third spot and Langdon Hall in Cambridge took the 5th spot.
Major Tom in Calgary was named the best new eatery.
Published on Main presents itself as a globally inspired restaurant with Canadian roots, while Major Tom puts a fine-dining twist on familiar classics.
