According to the latest survey by Zoocasa, Bancroft is the number one spot to buy a home in the province with the average home price around $293,000.
The ranking is based on best value, location and appreciation over time.
Second on the list is Woodstock and Ingersoll followed by the London-St. Thomas area.
Niagara ranked 16th with an average home price of $475,000 according to the real estate agency.
