Police say he scaled 20 feet between 2 buildings, naked from the waist down, looking in woman's window
Police have charged a man, accusing him of trying to watch a woman who was in her bathroom in Welland.
Police were called after 6 this morning to a house on West Main Street, to find the suspect scaled about 20 feet up between two buildings, which were about 4 feet apart, and was seen by the woman, while trying to get in by removing the screen.
NRP add he was naked from the waist down, and jumped to the roof, before jumping to the ground and running.
He was arrested after a brief struggle.
Due to the height of the jump, he was taken to hospital, where he again tried to escape.
Police say 31-year old Barry Austin Morningstar of no fixed address faces multiple charges.
