First game today at Rogers Centre in 670 days
Toronto is turning blue today, quite literally.
The city is welcoming the return of their beloved Blue Jays.
Toronto hosts the Kansas City Royals in the first major league baseball game at Rogers Centre in 22 months
The team has been given approval to fill the park with up to 15,000 fans or half capacity.
During the downtime, Rogers Centre has undergone a few nips and tucks.
Fans will notice the new turf, a new sound system, new batting cages and some improvements to the 100-level concourse.
