No classes today for thousands of students
All DSBN and Niagara Catholic schools are closed to in-person and online learning.
Niagara College also announcing classes and labs are cancelled on all its campuses, although online classes will continue as scheduled.
All YMCA of Niagara Child Care Preschool and School Age Child Centres are CLOSED all day today.
Due to inclement weather, Project SHARE will be closed today. Services are scheduled to resume tomorrow, Wednesday, February 17.
Most Regional facilities are closed due to COVID-19 so the winter storm shouldn't affect most operations. All Regional child care centres are closed. Waste collection is still happening, but there may be delays. Landfills are currently open
All locations of the Niagara Falls Public Library will be closed today, due to weather conditions. All programs and services are cancelled for today.
Pathstone's School on Merrittville Highway in Welland is CLOSED today.
As well, Pathstone's in-person mental health counselling services are also CLOSED.

Meantime, Niagara Falls Transit, WEGO, and Regional Transit are all operating today on their regular schedules, but riders should expect weather-related delays until early this afternoon.
