A decision on Moderna's shot for kids could come mid July
Federal officials say a COVID-19 vaccine for Canada’s youngest children could be approved as soon as this month.
Health Canada tweeted yesterday that it expects to reach a decision by mid-July on whether to approve Moderna’s shot for children between six months and five years old.
The agency also says it received a submission from Pfizer-BioNTech for children 6 months to 5 years of age on June 23 and is prioritizing the review of the submissions.
