18 year old accused facing multiple murder charges
A grand jury has returned a 25 count indictment against the suspect in the Tops Market mass shooting in Buffalo.
CNN is reporting, Peyton Gendron of Conklin, NY is facing 10 counts of first-degree murder, 10 counts of second-degree murder as a hate crime and three counts of attempted murder as a hate crime,
The 18 year old is also facing a charge of domestic terror and a weapons charge.
Ten people were killed and three others injured in the May shooting which police say was racially motivated, 11of the 13 victims were black.
