A two-vehicle collision in Port Colborne has left a 33-year-old woman dead.
Ontario Provincial Police were called to Miller Road and Highway 3 around 2:00 A.M. Saturday morning.
Staff Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said the woman was ejected from the taxi she was in and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Reports say the taxi entered the intersection and struck an SUV travelling on Highway 3.
The taxi had 4 passengers and one driver and the SUV had two people in it.
Six people were taken to hospital for treatment of minor non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation continues and so far no charges have been laid.
