Officers say female victim was being trafficked in Oshawa.
Durham Regional Police have arrested two men from St. Catharines on human trafficking charges.
Officers say the investigation began this past February.
The men are accused of trafficking a female victim at a hotel in Oshawa.
On Wednesday, officers arrested Louizidor Fenelon and Davontae Edwards, who are both 19 years old.
They both face numerous charges, including material benefit from sexual services, and procuring/exercising control.
