A ribbon cutting ceremony will be taking place this morning, for a new park in Niagara Falls.
Chippawa West Park includes an accessible play area, an artificial turf safety surface, accessible trails, bench fitness stations, seating, sinage and landscaping.
It's one of 30 new parks thanks to Operation Awesome Playgrounds, which would not be possible without controbutions from the OLG.
The park is located at 9327 Emerald Avenue and the opening ceremony will get underway at 9:30 a.m.
