Niagara's daily COVID-19 case count is remaining steady.
Officials reporting 42 new infections today.
The region's death toll remains at 518, and there are 35 Niagara Health patients with the virus.
Of that number, 28 are being treated primarily for the virus, and four are in the ICU.
Throughout Niagara, there are 1,302 active cases and ten active outbreaks.
Over 1,016,000 vaccinations have been administered in the region to date.
About 87.3 percent of residents aged five and older have one dose, 83.8 percent have two, and 50.3 percent have a booster.
