Police say Ryan Maeder turned himself into police today at around the noon hour.
He has a bail hearing tomorrow.

Police are urging a Niagara Falls man to turn himself in, after a woman's body was found in Niagara Falls.
Officers were called to a parking lot in the Main and Ferry Street area yesterday, to find the body of a 22-year old woman, which led to the homicide unit taking over.
They arrested 43-year old Christopher St. Louis of Niagara Falls, charged with Indignity to a Body, he has a bail hearing tomorrow.
Police are looking for 38-year old Ryan Maeder, also wanted for Indignity to a Body.
The cause of death is not known at this time.
