West Lincoln is now accepting applications to its Municipal Fee Grant program for new affordable housing projects.
The program aims to reduce the costs of creating affordable housing by providing a rebate to cover municipal planning and building fees for eligible projects.
It encourages homeowners, landlords, non-profits and developers to bring forward applications that add to the local housing supply.
Applications are open until August 14th.
