Suspect wanted for uttering threats in Welland arrested in Killaloe.
A Welland man has been arrested in Killaloe, Ontario, after a Canada Wide Parole Warrant was issued.
Twenty-three year old Joshua Nuziato was charged yesterday with Uttering Threats, Flight From Police, and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on November 20th.
Niagara Regional Police say a threat complaint was made in Welland, and Nuziato was identified as the suspect.
Officers allege the suspect was later spotted driving in Welland, and a brief pursuit took place after a failed traffic stop.
At the time of the incident, Nuziato was on parole for previous convictions, but his parole has been revoked.
