The City of Welland Recreation and Culture has developed a local Seniors Centre Without Walls program.
The program was made possible thanks to $20,650 received from the Provincial Seniors Community Grant.
Starting March 22nd, seniors can join the program and enjoy free programming from the comfort of home.
Participants just need to make a phone call to take part in educational discussions, health and wellness activities and more.
The program will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in both the morning and afternoon.
It will start March 22nd and continue until the end of May.
You can register by calling 905-735-1700 ext. 4000.
