You will soon be able to take a GO train to Toronto on the weekends once again.
Weekend service is set to resume in Niagara on August 1st with four trips to and from Niagara Falls and St. Catharines on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
This should provide more opportunities for day trips and overnight trips in Niagara or Toronto.
Tourism Minister Lisa MacLeod made the big announcement at the Bridge Street VIA Station this morning alongside Falls Mayor Jim Diodati and Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff.
