The QEW has fully re-opened at Welland Avenue, after three lanes were closed earlier this morning on the Garden City Skyways.
OPP Highway Safety Division tweeting out a transport truck jack knifed this morning, spilling diesel on the ground.
Environmental crews were called to the area to assist with clean up efforts.
Niagara OPP says damage was done to the cab, and the fuel tank was compromised.
Police say speed was not a factor.
