U.S. federal officials say a member of its K-9 unit at the Port of Cincinnati alerted officials to a shipment of breakfast cereal frosted with cocaine instead of sugar.
Border officials say the cocaine coating added up to about 45 pounds of the drug with a street value of $3 million.
The shipment, which originated in Peru, was on its way to a private home in Hong Kong.
