The Town of Lincoln has passed its budget for next year.
The budget, which was approved at Tuesday's council meeting, includes a 2.68 percent increase on the Town's portion of the tax bill.
The increase will help fund services including the Lincoln Public Library, all Town departments, and a special infrastructure levy.
