A Tonawanda man is facing a child pornography charge after police discovered a hidden camera.
Officials with the US Attorney's Office say that 44 year old Andrew Vallone was charged after someone discovered a video of a child only wearing underwear on Vallone's computer.
The individual contacted Tonawanda Police, who then alerted the FBI.
Officers allege Vallone had a hidden camera that allowed him to film the victim.
Investigators say Vallone emailed a mental health counselor on January 29th, saying he liked to look at young girls and he 'needs help.'
