They found $22,000 worth of fentanyl, $7,000 worth of cocaine and $670 cash.
The NRP searched a home and a car in St. Catharines on Tuesday, in the Niagara Street and Church Street area.
Officers were responding to a report of two men with guns, but they did not find any firearms on scene.
Three people have been arrested and charged; a 30-year-old St. Catharines woman, a 23-year-old Hamilton man and a 17-year-old boy from Hamilton.
