Police say the Port Colborne man was arrested in Montreal
Another man has been arrested in relation to the human trafficking of a woman in Niagara.
Police began the investigation in May, when they arrested a 26-year old man from London, and two days later picked up a 29-year old man from St. Catharines, also wanted in the case.
Due to belief there were other victims, police identified 18-year old Chaundre Richards, of Port Colborne, and arrested him on Saturday at the Trudeau airport in Montreal.
He's been charged with trafficking, uttering threats, forced marriage, and procuring feigned marriage, and has a bail hearing in Niagara today.
Police are asking for anyone who's had contact with Richards to call them, adding he goes by the name Saint, and a known event promoter in Southern Ontario.
