Saying "yes" to ENCORE has paid off for one Niagara resident.
A woman from St. Catharines has won big with ENCORE.
After matching the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in the correct order in the December 1st LOTTO 6/49 draw, Tanya Walsh snagged $100,000.
The 56 year old says she has been playing the lottery for 20 years.
"My favourite games are LOTTO 6/49 and LOTTO MAX - I always add ENCORE!" she shared.
Walsh says she plans to use the money towards building a cottage.
The winning ticket was purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart on Glendale Avenue in St. Catharines.
