Over $36,000 worth of merchandise stolen.
A man from St. Catharines has been charged in connection with three break and enters in Thorold and Niagara Falls.
Detectives say about $11,400 in building supplies was taken from a construction site near Garner Road and McLeod Road on August 8th, in the middle of the day
On August 31st, about $25,000 worth of property was stolen during an overnight break and enter at a home on Montrose Road near Biggar Road in the Falls.
Two days later, several items were taken from a commercial property on Allanport Road near Turner Road in Thorold.
Yesterday, detectives arrested 56 year old David Melvin Simms of St. Catharines.
During the arrest, police seized suspected cocaine.
Simms is facing drug and theft-related charges.
