Charges have been laid against a St. Catharines man in connection to two sexual assaults that took place in the 1990s.
The NRP report that in March, two males reported being sexually assaulted in 1999.
The men were both under the age of sixteen at the time.
Earlier today, 62 year old Michel Joseph Fournier was arrested.
He faces several charges, including sexual assault and sexual interference.
