A small uptick in new COVID-19 cases in the region.
Niagara Public Health is reporting seven new cases of the virus today.
The area's death toll is now at 417, after two patients died within Niagara Health earlier this week.
Four COVID-19 patients remain in local hospitals with the virus, and one person is in the ICU.
The region has 66 active cases and two active outbreaks.
Over 558,000 vaccinations have been administered.
